Enjoyable breakfast with fantastic croissants, perfect location. Lovely bed, nice bathroom and central heating, a fridge, and a seating area in the room.

The setting was quite exceptionally nice within easy reach of Gare du Nord Railway Station. There was a LOVELY restaurant, a bakery and chemist's next door. I had queen room which was bright, nice bed.

The room was too small, but the bed was comfy enough.

Had a great time staying here! Peet's hospitality, and his breakfasts were a highlight-freshly baked goods every morning! The location's perfect for exploring Paris. A bit noisy at times, but overall loved it!

Our room lacked air conditioning during hot days. We couldn't lock the bedroom doors, feel a bit insecure. The lack of napkins in the room was annoying .

The apartment was stunningly decorated, showcasing classic Parisian charm. The rooms were spacious and inviting. Peet's generous breakfast, filled with freshly baked goods, was the perfect start to each day.

Staying in the XL Room with Private Bathroom was a good experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and large windows that opened onto a charming courtyard. Breakfast hosted by Peet was special. The variety was excellent, with freshly baked goods every day. Peet's cooking skills are really good, and his warm hospitality created a cozy atmosphere. The location near Gare-du-Nord made it super convenient for travel, and plenty of restaurants and cafes were close by for lunch and dinner. The only downside was the pillows. They weren't the best for a good night's sleep. This minor issue didn't overshadow the wonderful time we had here. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

The central location made exploring attractions like Montmartre and Tuileries Garden easy, just a short walk away from the hotel where you can enjoy beautiful park views and vibrant streets. A perfect setup for weekend wanderers!

We had an very nice stay, with a location just a stone's throw from Gare du Nord. The rooms were impeccably clean and featured a fridge, coffee facilities, and a cozy seating area. The breakfast was good, with a wonderful variety of freshly baked goods each morning, perfectly accommodating our tastes.

The only downside was the noise level at times .

The room was way too dowdy for my liking, almost as if I was plucked from luxury and dumped in a thrift store. The pillows were just gigantic lumps of disappointment. I, of course, expected some special attention-maybe a room upgrade would've been nice-but no such luck. So disappointing!

Great location near Gare-du-Nord. Luggage storage was handy, but room needed better air flow.
